How to Identify Early Warning Signs of Being Triggered
Becoming more aware can help you identify early warning signs. You may not have really even realized that you encountered a trigger, but your body does. What were the triggers in the moment? And then look backwards a couple of hours and see if there were other things that also triggered it. It's important to notice because you can stop your automatic reaction at any point in time if you're aware of it.
