When we process or when we start exploring ourselves, looking into memories, all that kind of stuff, we use our primary language for us at this table is English. When you look at a child who's still absorbing language, their primary language is actually play. So if you can't do the three of the above, it's going to be very hard to have some perspective on your thinking. And I just want to point out that those categories of things can be approached from a lot of different styles of therapy.
