i totally went into parasympathetic my hands started the shift because i know how it feels as a massage therapist. You have to sit very still to notice these things that's uh helps you get into the free state in the body and so the next thing that you might notice is you bring your mind to your lips, lip tingles or pressure on dorsovagal nerve. The whole skin may begin to tingle and might feel um a little bit crawly like a crawling sensation and it's extremely pleasurable all of these are very very pleasurable.
