Frozen Peas Are Great, but They're Not as Sweet as Fresh Peaches
Fresh garden peas are hard to find in the united states. Fresh spinach is cheap, and people often have some old, bad spinach lying around from a salad that they made three days ago. I used portuguese wine, veno verde, to keep with the whole green theme of the dish.
