I think fitness has got to be holistic. And we can't ignore mental health. Your brain is also an organ and it's possible that it will get affected, especially given what we're going through as human beings nowadays. I always tell people this, if you don't want to know, don't ask because when you get it, then you've got to be able to handle it. It depends on the way that you use the data more than just like anything in life. If you can handle the information, take it.
