Small business owner is listening, and their head is spinning right now. What is the thing they can do this week to just dip their toe in the water? When it comes to direct marketing, i would say you have got to have a good set of what i would call leading and lagging indicators of success. You need t actually have a measurement protocol in place before you start marketing. And if you're doing any marketing right now and you're not measuring it, like, i spent x and i got y, i would almost turn it off.
