The Value of a Large Speclet
At Val, we have a speclet. We don't even have a spec and our speclet has, you know, what's the problem they're trying to solve? What is the measure of success? Like, how will you determine if you were successful or not at solving that problem? And then just a running list of like open questions that you can kind of add to as a PM. I feel pretty confident that that's all spec ever needs. It's one of the last things that gets filled in. It's such a rudder. That corrects where you go.
