Far like is a word, a Swedish word that just means speedplay. So you're playing and if I had to pick for you to do one run per week, it would be fart like training. You get a great indication on how you feel when you're ready to surge your recovery capacity in between surges. There's so much benefit to be had there to learn about yourself subjectively, but then also performance objectively as well. And as important as anything else, frickin' survive the journey so that you can enjoy it and not just cross it off your bucket list.
