Skiing is an every action sport athlete I know of. Creativity itself is a flow trigger. Flow follows focus. It only shows up when our attention is the right here right now. When you link two ideas together, this could be me as a writer. The point is when you're playing, shame goes down. Embarrassment goes down. Learning rates go up and we get a hell of a lot more endorphins,. Our internal opiates. These feel really, really, really good and they cement the learning... They do all that stuff.
