The Story of E.D. Morrell
E.D. Morrell noticed guns and soldiers going to enforce the extraction of rubber and ivory in the Congo. After failing to get his company to stop shipping arms and soldiers to the Congo, Morrell quit his job. In the space of several years, he turned himself into the great British investigative journalist of his time. That story would cause the first great human rights scandal of the 20th century.
