The Effects of Strength Training on Injury Rates

I always liked this model a lot and I got a lot out of it because I went and trained with them. They found that if any one of the abilities is more than 15 percentile points higher than the other ability then you start to see injury rates increase. There's injury rates that are associated with being particularly strong or particularly weakening the ability so I was 17 points higher on my stability during remorisation versus my length of of force production when they switched me from the deadlift to the split squat. It did profoundly change my athleticism and how much time I spent in the gym and my injury rates um You know at least that was my perception and equals one rightYeah that's really cool it
