Is There a Minimum Worth While Amount of Strength to Be Doing?
There's an ideal of what we should be doing, and then there's the reality of life. I'm always an advocate of anything you can do is better than nothing. We just have to be very, very targeted on what we go to do. A 20 to 30 minutes two or three times a week can go a long way for most people when the running volume increases.
