Spencer: I feel like there's a lot of people when, you know, you go and hang out with their group or whatever, it's just constant joking. So yeah, so that makes sense. And I think storytelling could be another as well. Spencer: It would have to be something that's kind of like personality where it's like relatively stable over time. Or there's just a certain amount of it that you want, right? He says the ratios of them may be stable to some extent even if the individual thing is not what you always want all the time.

What's the best way to help someone who's going through a difficult situation? What are the four states of distress? What are "comfort languages"? How can we introduce more nuance into our everyday thinking habits? When gathering information and forming opinions, how do you know who to trust? What's the difference between intelligence and wisdom?
