Today's question comes from J.M. and she asks you said in prior podcasts that one of the keys to living happier is to sit with the uncomfortable emotions. Jan: The key to sitting with it is to just sit literally just to sit there and let whatever emotion come over you come over you. You know sometimes it helps me to sit in journal and I can just kind of litany out all the different feelings I'm feeling or do a mind map of why I'm feeling those way or what is causing that feeling.
