The Importance of Supervising in a Therapeutic Setting
No evidence that supervision makes any difference in terms of client outcomes. No evidence, despite how valuable supervises, say supervision is, that that it leads to better outcomes for clients. In fact, the latest data studied by rusmaner and a group in two thousand 15 found that supervisors accounted for less than one % of the variability in supervis outcome. So it's next to nothing, really.
