We like older buildings but not too old, you know, and then kind of 70s, 80s, 90s stock. Single or multi we've got some multi tenant deals. We all of our underwriting assumes interest rates are going to get worse. And so with that filter would pass on almost everything. You know, we're just not looking to buy stuff like most of what we see. It's like Nope, no, doesn't work.
