Hourly Billing
Hourly billing has been, I think it's just once again in my industry too. It's always like the front end in the back end where you can't necessarily quantify things. Those are the parts that clients seem to value the least because they're always in a hurry to get their project done. But what I realized is we were also tracking hours with our employees right so, and my personality I'm not one to sit there and want to analyze it. And if there's ever a question that I got to have a conversation about how come you're spending more time on this we need to be 80% billable or 100% billable on this. That doesn't make sense anyway
