Breath Work Is Not Exactly Mindfulness, Right?
Breath work is not exactly mindfulness, but learning how to regulate our breath actually gets our nervous system into a state where we're able to be more mindful. I'll just invite you to breathe in and then just letting out a nice, long, silent sigh, slow and steady,. Just pressing all the air out, slowly, steadily. Another one that i like with tenaters, that's again something that a lot of us don't realize that we're doing. So helpful in all these different ways.
