How to Manage Your Team's Development
It gives the organization a common language they can use when they're talking about development. And it ensures that you can empower your managers to create development plans for their team. So I think that's a critical element just to make sure that your executives, your founders, your VPs are aligned with this group of competencies and they support these initiatives as invaluable. There is also another piece of this that's beneficial to in conversations with reps and making sure that they always know where we stand in terms of their development too.
