nutrition is, I've never seen a more polarized topic than nutrition. So nuts are packed full of healthy nutrients; they've got great macronutrients,. They've got loads of fiber, which I don't think anyone can dispute is good for us. There's so many different ways that nuts improve our health. If you could change your snacks, given that they're a quarter of your calorie intake for most people, that's a simple dietary strategy to improve your health.
