What Are Some of Your Favorite Winter Vegetables?

Winter is when you actually start to cook in the summer i feel like often you're just kind of putting things together like it's like cold salad making and in the winters when you actually get to be really creative. What are some of your favorite winter vegetables and yeah what do you like to do with them well  i was looking at your restaurant menu uh yesterday and you have delicata squash ribsYeah what are those um so we had this idea that we really wanted to make ribs and carve them out of squash but now we've cut them up into little round ribs almost that we dip into a five spice barbeque sauce and we leave one end unshaust, he says.
