Let Go of Unrealistic Expectations
I love that we can talk about these kinds of things and have totally different approaches and understand each other. And not be like judgy. I think we've got better at doing that, particularly in the last six months. It's a quest for knowing and understanding a bit more. That's what I'm really interested in making space for this year. So much it's just this letting go of unrealistic expectations of yourself. Just feeling a need to do things a certain way just because you've seen somebody else do it.
