The Role of Duffy Antigen in Benign Ethnic Neutropenia
There's actually a lab test that we could obtain to confirm benign ethnic neutropenia. Usually it's seen concomitantly, right? So, if someone has symptoms of, say, a rheumatologic process or they're ferritin, sky high, then certainly that can be associated in filtis and room or something like that. Once you confirm that, and they're asymptomatic, send them back to their PCM, and they don't have to follow up with you.
