The Inside-Out Diligence Process
The first 12 months of being in the business was a very unique inside-out diligence process. I wish every time we were going to take controlling stake in a company, we could have spent 12 months with the team in advance. The way that this plan had been built up by line item, by watch sold, it was very, very impressive. And that's the thing that outside in, it's very hard to assess.
