What Does Support Mean for You?

Sasam wel: I think support is often underestimated, and i'm glad we'll be digging into it to day. He defines support as getting help with a specific problem you have with the product or maybe getting a question answered. It may also be a request for undocumented information - like safe mode which protects against a crash loop. And from their perspective, they want to solve this problem that they haven't been able to do before. But all four of those are really important in making a strong technology company.
