Greg is going to share a research roundup about some recent studies related to training. The first paper that I would like to briefly discuss is titled acute effects of foam rolling on range of motion in healthy adults by Wilk and colleagues. If you overdo it it can decrease acute force output and performance if you do like a moderate amount of either of them it's probably gonna be fine so yeah if you need help with stretching stretch both of them!
