Is Stretch Sensitivity a Lifestyle Medicine?
I started doing some yoga type stuff about two months ago also basically because I have you know I can't go to the gym so I started just exploring other things. It's not really that different from eating healthy right you have to do these things for a long period of time as you said lifestyle medicine it's like you can't just stretch for five minutes once a week and expect that you're gonna make these dramatic changes. You need to stress your body quite a bitYeah but yeah it's a pro it is it is a process it's just it's a it's a game of patienceBecause again it's we're myopic we're cells and so we're changing cellular information so that
