I'm Not Sure if It's the Training Status of the Participants in the Studies That Are a Factor in the Results of the Studies.

The training status of the participants in the studies is obviously not who we're generally looking at generalize these findings to. I think there are some really well-trained folks that still grow pretty well and get stronger at a faster clip than if you were to kind of, you know, it's one training cycle. If you were to multiply their results times four or five, like that's just unrealistic progress for a calendar year. But it is realistic even for a well-trained subject in my experience in research to accomplish in eight weeks.
