How to Control Your Adrenaline

When you're under the bar, that's when you wake up. Because it's long because they'll be. I like that you got to control your adrenaline. You don't want to just be amped all day. And so you do the three reps of the squat. And then you immediately go to the bench press or you get some time. Right?Because it's, it's, because I bet you're probably a little like tired after that, right? Or you amped. Yeah. It's like you got to be. Stop a fingers. That's what got me into a lot of whoops.
