Is Screen Time a Good Metric?

i don't feel any guilt about the time i spend playing poky mongo with my family. I am connecting with people that are involved in a similar thing or doing a similar activity. But if it's some other time and that wasn't what i meant to do that week, that's different. And almost everybody that i talk to, ever since watching the social dilemma, i advocate you got to get off a facebook.
