Moving Compensation in the Brokerage Industry Is Glacially Slow

The industry is still stuck in the compensation model that has 60, 70 years ago. The people who are attracted to transactional work very, very much want to have instant reward and want to be paid for that work they are doing. And I think over time, you're going to see these compensation models continue to slowly evolve towards some hide-red of both.
