How Long Should You Rest Between Your Weight Training and Your Vio2 Max?

You can really center your training week around Saturday that's like make sure everything's ready for that day where you're going to do a lower body training session rest a little for a little bit and then hit your your Vio2 max session. The longest anybody takes is about an hour and a half between those two sessions. If you don't know what type of things you're doing I typically break my athletes training for endurance athletes down in the three categories so one is kind of what I call a dynamic possible control work. Another is vertical training such as squat type work up and down type work to lift the center mass up. And third is steering your part straight type work which should help you
