Everything really starts with the customer and having multiple different mechanisms to be able to understand what the customer is looking for. Our team does a in depth customer interview process. We'll go into customers homes, watch them use the products, ask them questions about new potential products. And we also do biweekly usability tests. So like a product that might be in prototype phase. We'll have a customer come in and use it and give us feedback on that.
