GPT-4: A General Reasoner

If we have a language model that is capable of doing reasoning as good as simon and I can just ask questions and you can reason as well as you, would that count as AGI or do you need like the robotics part? No, I think it would count asAGI. At least, yeah. Maybe some people would disagree but I think that the part of general which refers to modalities not super interesting because it's not what matters. Everything that makes human much more powerful than other animals is nothing physical,. Not even eye-meage is just like the ability to build things and to reason and to have conceptual views on the world.
