The Importance of Customer Feedback
I feel like customer experience and customer success has a pretty big impact on the experience. I would invest in support account management and sales because there's a couple things you can get from that one. You can provide that human support, which is going to get you much further than an automated or a self service type of support. And hopefully that will get you by far enough that you can then start to figure out where the product issues lie.
