The Limits of Low Carb Diets
There's a spectrum of what people can do to low carb in terms of percentage of energy intake. If you're reducing one nutrient, naturally you're increasing another or another group of foods and so what that is will also determine health outcomes. You even see increases in LDL, cholesterol, even if there's no increases in saturated fat. And I wonder whether that's something to do with like our lack of fiber and foods that we know can reduce cholesterol profiles.
