i personalize all my messaging. I might have a common theme to the message, but i'm never going to watch rince repeat the same thing without having a little bit of personalization to it. Even if you are selling something that is product oriented, i still believe you can start the conversation by talking about what you know about the industry that they're in and how things are impacting them. You know, itsa strategic so is it then, as a sales rap, when you set that meeting,. i imagine that you need a deliver on those insights as well on those trents.
