The Rise of Korean Restaurants in America
Have we sort of reached peak Korean food? I think you'd even lump that into have a degree sort of peak Korean culture here in America. There's not going to be this crazy acceleration of more Korean restaurants, say in New York. And what you will see over the next five to 10 years or more is things like Sujabi noodles and things that you would see maybe in Korea, town LA are just making one or two things very well.
