The Longevity and the Health Benefits
Athletes at any level of activity are pretty much going to have better outcomes then than the non runners. The intensities and duration that provide the most benefits are maybe somewhere around like 20 to ten, five miles per week. Some show round like the one to two and a half or two to three hours per week provided sort of the maximum benefits. I actually don't think that, am, a threshold exists, or there is sufficient data to kind of conclude that exists.
