The Science of Multitasking

When I feel my worst or when I feel burnout is approaching, it is because there's just total emmishment of all these things. You can multitask when you're working, but you can also, what I'm hearing you say, is multitasking between roles. And sometimes you have to, but the more that you can have these clear times and spaces for certain roles while still having them inform each other, the better off you'll be.
