If you want to absorb more than 60 grams an hour, they sort of have to include fructose to a large ratio. The other bit just harping back to what you talked about, the types of training where you would fuel or not fuel,. You said you might want to delay fuel. So only start taking on carbohydrate after half an hour or an hour. How often would you start training relatively carbohydrate depleted? And what are the advantages or disadvantages of that?
