How to Find a Gym Near You
I post on social media, say I'm going to be here. We're the best gyms here. That was my best resource. Well, we don't all have the same following that you have. So some people might put that out and like no one in that area would ever see it. But what I have done is I have like gone and searched like by location on Instagram and see if I can find some lifters that I'd smoke. And then I look and see if they tag the gym or like, I do like some serious Instagrams talking to try to find a gym. Oh, yeah. Recovery must have been usually my travel send involves some alcohol. Yeah.
