The Cost of Handling Tickets on Free Customers
In e-commerce, you would use the lagging metric as the return rate. We had something similar also at type form where we added a limit to how many results you could collect with the on the free plan. And what that did is it did force a number of people to upgrade. But those same kind of increase in upgrade volume three months later that increase it all churned. So it's not a sustainable growth and it is not a better experience.
