How to Hire for Your Business

I've always tried to make it, you know, incentivize the upside. So when you introduce this new like a business development arm that doesn't touch any of the searches or whatever, how that all gets chopped up as well. And then again, can that scale out where you still have a great,. you know, rinse and repeat system that grows also revenue and also bottom line together? It's cohesive. That's how I feel about it. Okay. The words in in your wise words, it's rinse and repeatable. Yeah, yeah, like a totally rinse and repeatability scalable.
