How to Find Your Sweet Spot

The old working out seven days a week. Largely speaking, I think this is a dumpster fire for most human beings. Rest is a critical component of allowing you to express intensity and therefore advance in a meaningful fashion. If you have a couple days sprinkled in, that you log them as workouts, but you're really just moving your body in a very casual fashion, you're almost flushing out more of the bad juju than you're bringing in.
