My Name Is Amir Zandinejad but people call me The Beard. I'm 35 years old. I am a NSCA certified personal trainer and I have been training clients in the Bay Area for the last 10 years, while training myself for last 15 years. The majority of my work today revolves around highly specialized joint-specific strength training, viewed through the lens of evolutionary biology, adhering to scientific principles. Other aspects of my work I prioritize include aerobic training, gut health & nutrition, sleep & recovery, and stress management. I’m passionate about what I do, and I love sharing my beliefs on the many layers of health and performance with my clients and students. We're all capable of so much, on many levels.
