The Ketogenic Diet

The ketogenic diet for me was very, very helpful in helping to regulate my blood sugar, my overall inflammation and all the things that I used to suffer from. So now I would say that I follow more of a, I guess what we call like a balanced diet where it's a higher protein diet. And that's driven primarily from through the needs of my workout schedule. But if I could guess I'm probably having somewhere around probably 17 to 1800 calories a day, maybe 130 to 150 grams of protein approximately,. about the same in carbohydrates.
