Dosing a Plalet Agent Reversal?

There are some anti polet agents that we typically may not think about. You need a specific kind of advanced thrombo elastography with platelo mapping. Outside of thrumbelasigrams, i don't really think there's anything we can do to see if those platelets are good or not. If youre admitting one of these patients who're bleeding and they're on an anti plalot drug, start off by giving them the right dose.
