Many people cannot last five minutes because they are so sleep deprived or so insulin resistant carbohydrate intolerant that they will drift into delta and and and fall asleep in two or three minutes. i feel like we're actually at a pretty good place with it like the wake-ups are few and further between but this i feel like will give me good feedback as then it's also a tool for troubleshooting if you find yourself falling asleep in these five minutes or if you're too sleepy tying this into any sleep disorders or carbon tolerance is another way to address problems.
