I think we kind of need to like uncouple this notion that carbohydrates cause glucose spikes. It's not just carbohydrates or even food for that matter that can lead to glucose spikes. I would say for me personally, I think a lot less about food now than I did previously before wearing this. And the reason is because I sort of have in my mind the algorithm of what works and what keeps my glucose stable.
